While dungeon crawlers are perfectly servicable for the first few rounds, once you get past the early stages where you learned all the mechanics it just gets so... boring. And repetitve. Doesn't help that for 90% of the Roblox dungeon crawlers, the map layouts are literally copy-pasted over and over again, including the enemy layouts.
The only dungeon crawlers I played frequently on Roblox were Dungeon Quest and Venture Tale, and if I may be completely honest, while Venture Tale was a significant improvement from the classic Roblox dungeon crawler formula, both games where mediocre at best. Both of them are essentially soulless, pointless grinds to acquire the most powerful gear so that you MIGHT stand a slimmer of a chance at the next "challenge" (the same mobs Ctrl+C-Ctrl+V'd but this time noticably stronger)
And about Classes, the only decently fun class system I've seen in those empty shells of entertainment was, again, in Venture Tale. Has a whole accessory system and everything. Too bad the grind to get those classes was actual hell (it took me (calculating) 2 months of grinding to get 1 advanced class). All other dungeon crawlers on Roblos just had the same stale (as I like to call it) "illusion of choice Class system", in which it doesn't matter what class you pick since you just either mindlessly cast spells or heal people. I should probably mention tanks just running around spamming taunts and taking some damage but honestly, when was the last time you saw one of these?
