This item can be obtained from the Winter Outpost dungeon on Nightmare difficulty. It can be sold for a minimum of 47,000 gold, and requires players to be at least level 55 to equip it.

- Despite the fact that an icon for the Azerite Greatstaff exists, the item instead uses the icon of the Elder Void Wand. Only very old Azerite Greatstaffs have the regular icon, making the glitched version much more common.
