Event Cosmetics are any cosmetic armors, weapons, and titles that the player can earn during the duration of Dungeon Quest events, which provide a visual override to the aforementioned items. Event Cosmetics can either be earned by using a secondary currency, or as a random drop from a specific dungeon.

Trivia[]
- The Ice Elemental from the 2019 Halloween event and the Reaper from the 2020 Halloween event are the only event cosmetics that appear to "hover" off the ground. The Headless Horseman, Molten Elemental, and Astral Guardian are shop cosmetics that also appear to "hover" off the ground.
- The Ghostly Warrior cosmetic from the 2021 Candy Shop has a few errors that are not reflected in its preview picture. These includes a missing green glove and no neon on the bottom half of the player's legs.
- Oddly enough, both of these errors were not present in the Pumpkin King boss fight, though all of the neon green parts were instead neon cyan.
- Reindeer Onesie from the 2019 Holiday event and Cyber Bunny Warrior from the 2023 Easter event are the only event cosmetic armors that have trail effects (leave the trail). Astral Guardian and Dragon Lord are the only shop cosmetic armors that also have trail effects (leave the trail).
- The Yulebringer Bob and Jotunheim Bob cosmetics from the 2022/2023 Snowflake Shops are based on Bob The Frost Giant from Northern Lands, but they wear different clothing and a deer helmet instead of Jotunn Mage Set.
- There was a bug where equipping Cyber Bunny Warrior and Cyber Easter Blade cosmetics in Lobby 2 and Dungeons would make the game impossible to play. This was fixed when Cyber Easter Cave was added.
