The Dragon's Claw Scythe can be upgraded with gold to improve its damage and spell power. It can be sold for a minimum of 325,000 gold, and requires players to be at least level 81 to equip it. This item can be obtained from The Underworld dungeon on Insane difficulty, and is the best mage weapon from said difficulty.
