Flame Cyclone is a warrior ability in Dungeon Quest that scales with physical power. When activated, the user will spin around counter-clockwise, creating a flaming cyclone. The flaming cyclone will grant the user a minor movement speed boost, while dealing fifteen ticks of AoE damage to enemies in 3.75 seconds for a total of approximately 39x the player's damage per swing (2.6x swing damage per tick). Flame Cyclone can be obtained from Samurai Palace on Nightmare difficulty. It can be sold for 1.2M gold and requires players to be at least level 93 to equip it.

- The Ultimate Swordsman, an enemy spawned by Miyamoto Musashi, uses this as an attack.
