Hands of Death has a spell multiplier of 102x (first tick) and a spell multiplier of 6x (other 39 ticks). This ability can be obtained from Yokai Peak on Nightmare difficulty. It can be sold for 275M gold and requires players to be at least level 205 to equip it.
