Innervate is a magic boosting ability in Dungeon Quest. When activated, the user will have a blue circle aura around which then boosts the players spell power by 100% for eight seconds. Innervates counter is Battle Shout. Innervate can be obtained from Desert Temple on Nightmare difficulty and Winter Outpost on Easy difficulty. It can be sold for 2,000 gold and requires players to be at least level 1 to equip it.
Innervate is most effective from Winter Outpost to Samurai Palace, as the abilities in these dungeons tend to have longer cooldowns than later ones. It is the least effective with abilities that have a low cooldown.

- Some examples of abilities that pair nicely with Innervate are Fire Bomb from Winter Outpost Hard and Insane and Phantom Flames from Pirate Island Nightmare. This is due to how they both deal a large amount of damage and share cooldowns near the length of Innervate.
- There is a skip that players can use to avoid waiting for the Innervate casting animation. This is done by using Innervate and then quickly using another ability. The timing on this can be difficulty to pull off consistently.
- The Arch-Mage is shown to be using a purple-colored version of this ability during the battle.
