Lava Cage is a mage ability in Dungeon Quest that increases in damage with spell power. When activated, the user will create a lava rectangle cage, and enemies that are inside of the cage will be dealt with five ticks of DoT damage. Lava Cage has a total spell multiplier of 84x (16.8x per tick). Lava Cage can be obtained from Volcanic Chambers on Nightmare difficulty. It can be sold for 80M gold and requires players to be at least level 155 to equip it.

- Lava Cage has a similar attack form to Skull Flames/Phantom Flames.
- In Harvest of Horror, this was available as a preset item. However, it was renamed to Haunted Lava Cage.
