Rending Slice is a warrior ability in Dungeon Quest that increases damage with Physical power. When activated, the user will slash their weapon, creating a red crescent sweep forward, and dealing fifteen ticks of AoE damage to enemies overtime for a total of 18x the player's damage per swing (1.2x swing damage per tick). Rending Slice can be obtained from The Underworld on Insane difficulty. It can be sold for 300,000 gold, and requires players to be at least level 77 to equip it.

- The description of Rending Slice used to be "Slice forward in a crescent sweep causing all enemies to bleed and take damage over time." It is unknown why those words were omitted. but it may have been to avoid breaking the "no depiction of blood" rule for Xbox-accessible experiences.
- In Harvest of Horror, this was available as a preset item. However, it was renamed to Dark Rending Slice.
