Twin Slash is a warrior ability in Dungeon Quest that increases in damage with physical power. When activated, the user will slash with their weapon, creating two powerful crescents of wind forward dealing two ticks of AoE damage to enemies for a total of approximately 27x the player's damage per swing (13.5x swing damage per tick). Twin Slash can be obtained from Orbital Outpost on Nightmare difficulty. It can be sold for 8,000,000 gold and requires players to be at least Level 140 to equip it.

- Twin Slash's hitbox seems to protrude a bit behind the user, and both slashes will occur in the same selected hitbox EVEN if visually shifted away.
- Prior to 2024-05-23, this item was obtained from the Nature Map on Boss Raids from Tier 12 and up. It had a level requirement of 130 and a sell price of
(tier + 20) × 2,000,000 ÷ 3.
