This item can be obtained from Abyssal Void on Nightmare difficulty only after defeating The Voidborn. It is one of two ultimate weapons that can be obtained from Abyssal Void, the other being the Voidfallen's Effigy & Edict. It is currently the best physical weapon in the game.
